I am a technical support specialist with over 40 years of experience helping folks over the phone, via email, and in person with their technology. I have received certification on numerous Telecom, PBX, and Voicemail systems. Most recently I returned to school attending Empire College IT Support Specialist program completing 26 units and graduating with Dean’s Honors and being recognized for perfect attendance. I also passed the CompTIA A+ and Net+ exams certifying my competency as a personal computer/network service professional.
